Woodhouse Grange Cricket Club is very sad to announce the passing of Club Life President, Richard Hobson, aged 93, after a short illness.
Richard was the son of Club founder Tommy Hobson and a formidable cricketer in his own right at both York and Woodhouse Grange Cricket Clubs.
As well as being missed in the cricket world he will also be mourned in local farming circles.
