At Studley Royal, we are proud to have girls fully integrated across all levels of the club, from All Stars through to our senior teams competing at various levels. 

 

Last season, we also launched a Ladies and Girls softball team, which saw fantastic uptake. We welcomed 20 members of all ages, ethnicities, and abilities, all enjoying the opportunity to take part in cricket festivals in a fun and inclusive environment. 

 

Building on that success, many players have returned this season and are now progressing steadily along a clear development pathway towards competitive hardball cricket, fully supported by the club. 

 

Our dedicated Women and Girls Coordinator, Joanne Nicholson leads a small but committed subcommittee focused on growing the women’s and girls’ game—not just at Studley Royal, but across the wider Nidderdale area.
