Sheriff Hutton Bridge has many opportunities for women and girls wishing to play cricket with softball and hardball options. 

 

- Girls can start at the club from as young as 4 years old as part of our Rockets training for children aged 4-8. 

 

- For 8-11 year olds we offer the Roses Dynamos programme, with opportunities to play in girls cricket festivals. 

- Girls are also welcome to play hardball with our junior teams from the age of 10 onwards, playing alongside the boys. As our numbers grow, we expect to have a girls only hardball team in the near future. 

 

- The club also now has a women’s softball team. The women’s team will train throughout summer with the option to play festival and friendly matches. 

 

We are always keen to welcome new players, with no previous experience required.
