ECB "Intro to umpiring" course (newer umpires only) 
These courses are mainly aimed at umpires who haven't yet been on an umpiring course, and who don't have a "grade" under the new ECB Umpire Pathway. They are designed to give new umpires the key skills, knowledge and confidence to stand as an umpire in cricket. No prior experience of umpiring in cricket is required before attending the course.

Umpires Development Course - 2 day course - Saturdays 14th and 21st February @ Driffield Town CC (YO25 6TT) 
This course is designed as a follow on to the ECB Umpires Course, attendees will elevate their knowledge to a level where they can operate as a club umpire, or as a panel umpire in the lower divisions of cricket leagues. This course is also ideal for club umpires, or those players who wish to be able to do their 10 overs stood at square leg competently. 
 
Module B course - Sunday 1st March @ Castleford CC (WF10 5LB) 
This module is suitable for any person aspiring to become a panel umpire. It looks at some of the more common cricket laws in more depth, whilst expanding on some of the others not covered in the UDC.
