ECB Yorkshire Premier League North, hereinafter referred to as "the League," is responsible for the organisation, administration, governance, and execution of scheduled cricket matches encompassing both adult and youth age groups, accommodating both male and female participants. This encompasses, but is not 
limited to, the creation of match schedules, enforcement of league regulations, and oversight of game operations.

Where we will hold your personal data 
All data is only processed within the UK. 
How long we will keep your personal data for 
General personal data will not be held longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which we received it. Details held on play-cricket will be held for as long as the cricketer remains active. Disciplinary details will be held for five years. 
Your legal rights over your personal data and complaints 
Where you have given your consent to any processing of personal data you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. If you do, it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had consent prior to your withdrawing it. 
You also have the right of access to your personal data and, in some cases, to require us to restrict, erase or rectify it or to object to our processing it, and the right of data portability.
