ADMINISTRATION PENALTIES - UMPIRES & SCORERS
UMPIRE FEES:
Applicable to: Divisions with panel umpires (not including ECB Premier Division).
Failure to pay League invoice by requested date.
£50 Financial penalty will automatically be imposed once the 14 days have expired.
Continual failure to pay will result in further financial penalties.
For further transgressions clubs will be required to attend a panelhearing.
Penalties applied may include further financial penalties, league points deductions, or notice to apply for re-election to the League.

Failure to pay by the end of the interval between innings.
£50 Financial penalty will automatically be imposed once the 14 days have expired.
Continual failure to pay will result in further financial penalties.

UMPIRES [Failing to provide an Umpire]
Applicable to: Championship only
Each team is required to provide a competent non-playing umpire for each Home fixture.
Failure to provide a dedicated umpire for home fixtures only
£50 per offence.
Deduction of 1 League point
SCORERS [Failing to provide a Scorer]
Applicable to: Premier Division, Premier 2, & Championship
Each team is required to provide a competent scorer who must ensure that the match details are recorded accurately. The names of both scorers must be included on each and every scorecard.
Failure to provide a dedicated scorer. Per match home or away £50 per offence.
Deduction of 1 League point
LIVE SCORING:
Applicable to: Premier Division, Premier 2, & Championship.
Live scores for matches in the ECB Premier Division, Premier II & Championship must be maintained on Play-Cricket using an ECB approved system. Live scores in matches in all other divisions should also be maintained wherever possible. Failure to live score on play-cricket during league or cup games.
£50 Financial penalty per match.
SCORERS SECURITY:
Applicable to: all clubs
All scorers must be able to operate in a secure area away from spectators. Clubs are responsible for the safety of all scorers.
Failure to provide and use an enclosed area away from the public.
£50 Financial penalty per match.
DLS SCORES:
Applicable to all clubs
Where applicable clubs must display the DLS Par Score from the commencement of the second innings.
£25 Financial penalty per match
