ADMINISTRATION PENALTIES - MINIMUM STANDARDS 
MERIT TABLE:  
Clubs will be assessed and marked with regard to facilities, ground marks, submission of results, scorecards, captain’s reports, discipline, Safeguarding and sportsmanship marks where applicable. List is not exhaustive. 
Clubs will be required to submit a plan of action by a date requested by the league and work with the league to improve standards. 
Other penalties may be applied. 
Failure to meet the League’s requirements may result in membership of the League being cancelled. 
Any team which suffers a total of 500 or more merit table points deduction (de merit) will be required to seek re-election. 
 
MINIMUM STANDARDS:  
Applicable To: All Clubs. The Management Board will consider the position of those clubs which fail to meet the minimum required standards in respect of Facilities, Ground Marks, Disciplinary Record and Administrative standards. List is not exhaustive.
