UPDATING GROUND LOCATIONS ON PLAY-CRICKET 
Updating grounds in Play Cricket – guide for club admins 
Each individual team must have a ground allocated to it, so that the location appears correctly in each Play Cricket fixture. 
 
Section 1: Updating grounds on your club’s Play Cricket “About Us” page 
The first thing to do is to ensure that all grounds used by a club are correctly showing on the “About us” page of your Play Cricket page. These details should be edited, ifrequired, in the Administration section of a club’s Play Cricket site as follows: 
• Go to your club’s Play Cricket page and select “Administration” from the menu 
• Select “Website content” 
• Under the “About Us” menu , select “Playing facilities” 
• Edit the facilities showing if needed. If required, click “Add new facility” 
 
Section 2: Updating grounds for each team 
You can check which ground is showing for each team by going to the public page of your Play-Cricket site and clicking on “Teams”, then the team in question. The ground should be showing in the upper left hand of the page (on a PC). Alternatively you can just check (and make any necessary changes) via the admin pages using the process below: 
• Go to your club’s Play Cricket page and select “Administration” from the menu 
• Select “Setup” 
• Select “Teams” 
• Click the “Edit” icon for the team in question 
• Then go down to the “Ground” section and select the appropriate ground from the menu. 
If the appropriate ground is not showing as an option you will need to fix this first via Section 1 as shown above.
