CAPTAINS REPORT SUBMISSION [ECB PREMIER ONLY]
Registering for “Who’s The Umpire” – PREMIER DIVISION (1) TEAM CAPTAINS
WTU is the system that is used to allocate umpires to Premier Division games and for captains to submit post-match reports. Team captains in the YPLN Premier Division must register for WTU.
This can be carried out as follows:
Go to https://whostheumpire.com/signup.php and click Register Select Cricket as the sport, and Club Admin as the role, and enter your email address. +
Enter the verification code that will be sent to your email address Choose Yorkshire Premier League (NOT Yorkshire Premier League North) as the Organisation.
Complete the details required underneath.
You must write something of at least 8 characters in the "Comments" box or it will not let you proceed – enter “Registering as team captain of XXXXX team”)
Press Proceed
The league will then authorise you and you will get an email instructing you on how to set a password
