JAMIE SPENCE Hull Strikers Cricket Club 

 

Hull Strikers CC have announced, with profound sadness, the passing of Jamie Spence. 

 

A founding member of the club, Jamie was the youngest within the Strikers setup but widely regarded as one of its most energetic, passionate, and vibrant characters both on and off the field. His enthusiasm for the game and his presence within the club made a lasting impact on teammates and the wider Strikers community. 

 

Jamie’s connection to Hull Strikers ran deep. Such was his pride and commitment to the club, he carried its identity with him permanently, symbolised by a tattoo on his arm — a reflection of the strength of his bond with the team. 

The club has expressed its devastation at the loss, describing a sense of shock and disbelief, particularly with the prospect of returning to play alongside him in the coming days. 

 

Hull Strikers have extended their heartfelt condolences to Jamie’s family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time. 

He will be deeply missed across the club and remembered as a true Striker in every sense.
