ADMINISTRATION PENALTIES - GENERAL ITEMS
DEFIBRILLATOR:
Applicable to Premier, Premier II and Championship. Failure to have in place a fully certified and working defibrillator located at the ground or any ground used to play on for use in emergencies.
£50 financial penalty per match.
5 league points deducted per match where defibrillator not present.
TROPHIES [Returning]:
All trophies, having been suitably engraved, must be returned to the League by 1st August, or when requested by a League Official in order to be available for presentation to the new winners. It is totally a club’s responsibility to return any relevant trophy, and not for league officials to have to collect them. Penalty is for failure to return a league trophy by 1st August to nominated league official.
£50 financial penalty plus recovery costs where applicable.
TROPHIES [Safekeeping]:
Any club or individual that wins a generic League trophy is responsible for keeping it safe and will be required to reimburse for any loss or damage that occurs. Winners are required to obtain sufficient insurance coverage for the trophy and must ensure that it is correctly engraved.
Relevant club must replace or repair trophy to original condition
