ADMINISTRATION PENALTIES - LIVE STREAMING
LIVE STREAMING:
Applicable to: All clubs
Clubs who wish to Photograph, Live Stream or Record matches (or parts of matches) must follow the guidance given in the document ‘ECB Live Streaming Guidance’.
Penalties for failure to adhere to ECB Policy:
To be set by a League panel
Penalties include a financial penalty and deduction of league points
LIVE STREAMING DURING A MATCH:
Applicable to: All clubs
The act of taking photographs, live streaming, or recording games, or any portion of such games, by any player or official engaged in the game on the playing field is expressly forbidden.
Transgression of this rule:
Panel hearing along with associated costs.
Penalties may include league point deduction per offence.
REGISTER OF CLUBS LIVE STREAMING:
Applicable to: All clubs
The league will maintain a centralised register of clubs that express a desire to live stream their events. This register will be accessible for public viewing on the league's official website. CLICK HERE FOR LIVE STREAMING REGISTER
Clubs that engage in live streaming without prior notification to the league will be subject to disciplinary measures. To register, clubs must submit their request via email to administration@yplncricket.co.uk.
Penalties for failure to register:
£25 per penalty per match live streamed without consent..
