ADMINISTRATION PENALTIES - FIXTURES 
 
FIXTURES [playing on another ground]: In exceptional circumstances, matches may be played on a ground other than that specified in the fixture list only with prior League approval. Failure to obtain league approval will result in penalties. 
£50 Financial penalty for non-compliance. 
5 league points deducted. 
 
FIXTURES [re-scheduling]
Applicable to: Premier, Premier II, & Championship Divisions. Matches may only be rescheduled under extraordinary circumstances which include participation in a national competition or unavailability of the playing ground due to a commitment to a county match 
Applicable to: Division One & Below. In the First Division and below matches may be re-scheduled only after agreement has been reached with the League Manager and opposing club. 
Failure to gain approval from the League Manager in advance and failure to engage with the opposition team will result in a £50 penalty per offence.

FIXTURES [checking fixture list] 
Clubs are required to inspect all fixtures for any irregularities at the time of issuance. Any anomalies identified must be communicated to the League Fixture Manager within a maximum of 14 days from the date of issuance. 
Issues found after 14 days will have to be resolved by the club(s) concerned. An admin panel will decide on any further sanctions / compensation required. 
 
FIXTURES [Failure to fulfil or complete a fixture] 
League Fixtures: £25 payable to league. 10 league points awarded to the opposition. Teams will be required to apply for re-election after 2nd league fixture concession. 
Cup Fixtures: Ban from cup competitions for up to two years depending on stage of competition and history of concessions (see Cups page of league website). 
 
FIXTURES [Failure to advise the League of a conceded match] 
All clubs must inform the League or Cup Manager when they concede a match. 
Failure to advise the League or Cup Manager (or other League Official) at the earliest opportunity when you have conceded a fixture will result in a £25 penalty per offence. 
 
COMPENSATION SCHEME [Failure to fulfil or complete a fixture] 
Compensation scheme for failure to fulfil or complete a fixture (other than weather related). Payable by the team that has failed to fulfil the fixture. Claimants should contact the opposition directly. League involvement should only be when there is an issue. 
League fixtures conceded after 6pm the previous day:  
If the home team concedes the away team can claim £25.  
If the away team concedes the home team can claim £100. 
Cup fixtures (excl Group/Finals Day) conceded after 6pm the previous day:  
If the home team concedes the away team can claim £25.  
If the away team concedes then the home team can claim £50
Cup Group/Finals days conceded regardless of notice:  
If a visiting team concedes the host club can claim £200.
