YPLN Saturday League Cups
Knockout stages of Hundred Cup, Championship Cup, Hundred Plate and Readman/Conner/Wilberfoss/Midgley T20 Cups
No tea provision is required in the knockout stages of these cups. The host club is free to run a BBQ and offer items for sale from it, as well as drinks from the bar etc.
T20 Blast & T20 Plate Group Days
The host club will provide and pay for teas for all players, scorers and umpires. This can comprise a traditional cricket tea buffet accessible between matches, or a BBQ (if a BBQ is chosen, two vouchers for a free item should be provided to each player, scorer & umpire). On top of this free provision the host club is free to offer further items from a BBQ for sale, as well as drinks from the bar etc.
Finals of all Saturday League cups mentioned above
The league will provide a grant to the host club to assist in the provision of food to all players, scorers and umpires.
K3 Dental Cup
K3 Knockout stages
Teas must be provided at the interval for teams, umpires and scorers. Visiting clubs will be required to pay for a minimum of 11 teas and the maximum charge per tea will be £5. Teas must be provided for match officials free of charge.
K3 final
The organising committee will provide a grant to the host club to assist in the provision of teas to players, scorers and umpires
National Club Championship
The host club will provide and pay for teas for all players, scorers and umpires. In the event of any queries relating to this please contact competitions@ecb.co.uk who provided this information.
Village Cup
The message from the competition organisers to participants is as follows:
"While tea isn’t mandatory, we hope clubs will offer it to players and officials. The costs will be shared between the teams on the day. If hosting clubs can’t provide tea, please inform your opponents well in advance so they can make suitable arrangements."
