There will be three T20 games starting at 10am, 1pm and 4pm (start times may slip a bit if earlier games go the distance). 

 

The host club should arrange the following: 

• A good pitch, near the middle of the square. 

• Adequate free car parking for all three teams. 

• An area for the batting team to sit, separate from spectators, during their innings. 

• Club officials, present throughout the day, for rolling, brushing and re-marking the pitch between matches. 

• Wi-fi for electronic scoring. 

• A food offering available to players, officals and spectators throughout the day. The typical model is that the host club runs a BBQ (or similar) and gives each player and match official a free voucher for one item, with additional items available for purchase. 

• If desired, the host club can arrange whatever fund-raising activities they wish (e.g. a raffle) as long as these are entirely optional for attendees. 

• The ground should be open at 9am. 

 

The league will arrange: 

• Six new pink balls to be delivered to the host club (one per innings – teams to provide their own spare pink balls) 

• Three panel umpires 

• YPLN’s Cup Manager will provide support in advance and will be available remotely on the day to answer any queries.
